煤气中硫元素的脱除及相关问题分析

摘要 气化炉出产煤气中的硫化物是造成污染和腐蚀的主要原因,简要介绍了不同的脱硫方法,重点分析了煤制天然气工艺中变换、低温甲醇洗及甲烷化合成装置的脱硫原理及关键问题的应对方法;指出了煤气成分可能造成的设备腐蚀机理,以及减轻和消除腐蚀的措施。 The sulfide in raw gas from gasifier is one of the key factors that cause pollution and corrosion. Several approaches of desulphurization were introduced. The desulphurization principles and critical problems in SNG(synthetic natural gas)transformation unit, rectisol unit and methanation unit were analyzed emphatically. Finally, the equipment corrosion mechanism caused by gas compositions was analyzed, and the measures to reduce and eliminate the corrosion were also proposed.
