摘要
针对洗水中的Ca2+离子会在黏土颗粒表面发生吸附、从而改变黏土颗粒表面特性的特点,通过进行浮选试验和絮凝沉降试验,探索了东庞矿洗煤厂洗水中二价离子(主要是Ca2+离子)含量对浮选及煤泥水沉降系统的影响。结果表明,Ca2+离子的存在对煤泥浮选和尾煤沉降有显著影响,根据目前该洗煤厂的实际生产情况,石膏添加量以500~650 kg/h、电导率维持在2.5~3.5为宜。
Based on washing water Ca2+ adsorption on surface of clay particle to change clay particles surface features, by f lotation and flocculation sedimentation experiments, divalent ion(mainly Ca2+)content influence to flotation and settlement of slime water system, reasonable gypsum added dose was settled. The result showed that Ca2+exerted obvious effect on coal slime flotation and agglomeration, based on the actual production of the coal preparation plant, it is advisable to keep gypsum 500~650 kg and electrical conductivity 2.5~3.5.
