摘要
针对煤质化验分析中存在的误差,从采样、制样、化验等方面进行了分析,提出了合理确定子样数目、严格规范缩分过程、完善工作流程等应对措施,并制定了具体操作方案。结果表明:科学、合理、规范的煤质化验分析工作,能够有效提升检验数据的真实性和准确性,为煤炭产品质量判断提供科学、准确的依据。
Based on error in coal quality analysis, analysis was conducted from sampling, sample preparation and testing,reasonable number of the sample, classified process specification, improving the working process and other measures were put forward, and the specific operation plan was settled. The result showed that the scientific, reasonable and standard coal quality analysis work could improve authenticity and accuracy of the test data and provide scientific and accurate data for judgment of coal product quality.
