煤矿供电经营管理中计量误差分析

Analysis on Measurement Error of Mine Power Supply

针对煤矿供电经营管理中存在的计量误差问题,以神东供电中心为例,结合矿井实际生产特点,从设备、环境、人员等方面对造成计量误差的原因进行了具体分析,提出了调整供电方式,合理选择、更新、校验计量装置,加强设备管理等一系列网损控制措施。分析和实践表明,控制、降低网损设备和加强人员管理是减少计量误差的重点,合理配置计量装置、及时调整运行方式等能够有效降低网损,减少计量误差,促进供电经营管理工作的顺利进行。

Based on measurement error of mine power supply, power supply centre of Shendong Group was taken as example, combined with the actual production, the analysis of the error was conducted from equipment, environment, staff,the power supply form, the reasonable selection, update and check of metering mechanism, improvement of equipment were put forward. The analysis and practice showed that the key of reducing error is to control and reduce the net cost equipment and improve staff management, reasonable metering equipment and operation could reduce the net cost and metering error and improve the power management.
