摘要
介绍了焦炭塔保温的特点和意义及中石化九江分公司焦炭塔保温采用的一种特殊保温技术——焦炭塔披挂式保温。详细的说明了所采取的技术措施。报告了九江分公司两台焦炭塔保温局部超温的现状,对焦炭塔局部超温现象进行了调查分析。通过研究焦炭塔保温局部超温的原因,结合现场实际工况,本着合理、经济的原则,提出了相应的解决措施。测量并对比了更换保温前后焦炭塔局部超温区域升级的最高温度,结果表明:更换保温后焦炭塔局部超温现象得到了有效治理,同时也满足了规范GB/T8174—2008《设备及管道绝热效果的测试和评价》的要求。
The characteristics of heat insulation of coke drum and a special heat insulation technology--overhung heat insulation applied in the coke drum of SINOPEC Jiujiang Petrochemical Company are introduced. The technical measures taken are described in detail. The local temperature over - run conditions of insulation in two coke drums reported, investigated and analyzed. On the basis of cause analysis and in consideration of actual site conditions and economic feasibility, an effective solution measure is proposed and applied. The temperature over-run range and maximum over-run temperature of coke drum before and after replacement of insulation are measured and compared. The results show that, after replacement of heat insulation, the local temperature over-run has been effectively brought under control, which meets the specifications of Chinese standard GB8174-2008 "Testing & Evaluation of Heat Insulation Performance for Equipment and Piping".
