摘要
针对泰禾企业现场冷冻盐水系统,研制出了一种高效冷冻盐水缓蚀剂AH-308,通过旋转挂片质量损失法测试了AH-308缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。结果表明,研制出的缓蚀阻垢剂AH-308在弱碱性(pH值7~9)条件下缓蚀效果最好;药剂适宜加药质量分数为0.1%-0.3%;盐水系统中铁含量越低,缓蚀剂性能越好。AH-308药荆配方属无毒、高效、环保,具有处理效果强、综合成本低等优点,在药剂质量分数0.1%条件下,对黄铜、不锈钢和碳钢的缓蚀率均可达到国家控制的腐蚀率标准。经过现场工业应用试验,验证冷冻盐水缓蚀剂可以适应盐水冷却系统的工况条件,能对系统的设备起到很有效的缓蚀作用,可以投入实际工业生产。
The high-efficiency freezing brine corrosion inhibitor was developed for freezing brine system in Taihe Company. The inhibition performances of Corrosion Inhibitor AH-308 was investigated by coupon testing of mass-loss method. The results indicate that the Corrosion Inhibitor has excellent efficiency when the pH of freezing brine is 7 - 9 and the dosage is 0.1- 0.3%. The performances of the corrosion inhibitor is better when the iron content of freezing brine system is lower. AH-308 has the advantages of being non-hazardous, high efficiency, environmentally friendly, high performance and low cost, etc. So AH-308 has a good application prospect in the freezing brine system. At a lower dosage of 0. 1%, the corrosion rates of brass, stainless steel and carbon steel can meet the controlled specifications of national standard. Through tests on the commercial units, it is verified that the freezing brine corrosion inhibitor can adapt to the conditions of the freezing brine system. The Corrosion Inhibitor offers excellent effective corrosion inhibition efficiency for system equipment and can be applied in practical commercial operation.
