摘要
随着城市扩张和人口聚集,管道老龄化趋势,油气管道与城市管网交叉(并行)安全是亟需解决的关键问题。从风险检验的角度,结合实际检验案例,介绍了肯特管道风险评分法,认为交叉(并行)油气管道的风险因素为杂散电流腐蚀和其他腐蚀、弯曲应力和应力集中及第三方破坏等。提出了相应的风险解决措施,同时就管道缺陷的精确定位及缺陷处腐蚀状态进行了探讨。
With the expansions of cities and municipal population as well as aging of pipelines, the safety of cross - over ( or parallel running) of oil & gas pipelines and municipal pipeline network has become a major concern which needs to be solved. The risk evaluation method for Kente pipeline is described in respect of risk inspection and through a case study. The study has concluded that the risk factors of oil & gas cross - over pipelines or parallel oil & gas pipelines are stray - current corrosion, other corrosions, bending stress, stress concentration and third - party damaging, etc. The corresponding risk preventing measures have been proposed. At the same time, the precise positioning of pipeline defects and corrosion conditions at the defects are studied, which provides good guidelines for the effeetive management of oil and gas pipeline operation.
