宁夏2006-2014年学校突发公共卫生事件流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis on public health emergencies happened in schools in Ningxia from 2006 to 2014

目的了解宁夏2006-2014年学校突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特点及基本情况。方法对宁夏各市县(区)通过国家《突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统》报告的数据资料进行流行病学描述性分析。结果 2006-2014年宁夏共报告学校突发公共卫生事件345起,报告发病10 098例,波及人口345 526人,无死亡,罹患率为2.92%。以传染病事件为主,报告传染病事件339起,占报告事件数的98.26%;报告事件主要集中在乡小学,报告传染病事件163起,占报告事件数的47.25%。在3-6月和9-12月份2个时段为事件发生的高峰,占报告事件数的96.23%。结论要做好学校特别是农村小学的疾病监测和晨检工作,重点防控传染病的暴发;教育和卫生部门应给予足够重视,采取切实的防控措施和对策。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological features and basic situation of public health emergencies happened in schools in Ningxia from 2006 to 2014, as well as to provide scientific information for taking measures against public health emergencies in schools. Methods Descriptive epidemiological study was performed to analyze the data of school public health emergencies from state pub- lic health emergencies Direct Network Report system in Ningxia. Results Form 2006 to 2014,Ningxia reported 345 school public health e- mergencies,10 098 cases of incidence;the attack rate was 2.92% ,there was no death cases and spread in 345 526 people. The most of school public health emergencies were infectious disease events （339）, which accounted for 98.26% （339/345）. Outbreak of infectious e- vents was mainly in countryside primary schools,which accounted for 47.25% （163/345）. Scholl public emergencies concentrated in two periods, March to June and September to December,which accounted for 96.23% of all reported events. Conclusion Focus on infectious disease, surveillance and morning check must be enhanced by schools, especially by countryside primary schools. The effective measures should be taken by educational and health department for controlling and preventing the outbreaks of communicable diseases.
