摘要
在酒钢现有技术的基础上,对镜铁山式铁矿选矿工艺进行了优化。采用块矿分级焙烧-磁选-反浮选、粉矿粗细分级强磁选工艺,大幅度提高了金属回收率。采用加压盘式过滤机过滤细粒级铁精矿,解决了过滤难题。为同类细粒级铁精矿过滤开辟了新途径。
Beneficiation technique of Jingtieshan-type iron ore was optimized based on the current technique adopted in JISCO. The metal recovery can be greatly increased by using a flowsheet of classification-roasting-magnetic separation-reverse flotation for lump ore and classification-high intensity magnetic separation for fine ore. The filtration puzzle of fine iron concentrate can be solved with a plate-type pressure filter, which can be referenced as a new approach for filtration of fine iron concentrate of the same type.
