摘要
采用溶剂热法制备了纳米磷酸铁锂及磷酸铁锂/石墨烯复合材料,研究了不同溶剂及石墨烯含量对纳米磷酸铁锂组织结构及其光学性能的影响。结果表明,以体积比为19∶1的乙二醇水溶液作溶剂所制备的纳米磷酸铁锂结晶良好,颗粒细小且粒径分布均匀。透射光谱分析表明,石墨烯的复合降低了近红光的透过率。磷酸铁锂的光学带隙与纳米材料的晶粒大小及石墨烯含量有关。
Nano-LiFePO4 and LiFePOJgraphene composites were synthesized by solvothermal method. The effects of different solvents and content of graphene on the structure and optical properties of nano-LiFePO4 were studied. The results show that nano-LiFePO4 prepared with ethylene glycol solution ( ethylene glycol : water = 19 : 1, volume ratio) as solvent has good crystallization properties, fine grains and uniform particle size distribution. The transmission spectra shows that the composite of graphene in LiFePO4 decreased the transmittance of the near-red light. It is concluded that the optical band gap of LiFePO4 has something to do with the grain size and the content of graphene.
