除臭菌液对天然橡胶鲜胶乳生物凝固效果的影响

摘要 为减轻生物凝胶块的发臭程度,将具有除臭功能的菌液在胶乳凝固阶段与生物凝固液一起加入鲜胶乳中,观察除臭菌株对鲜胶乳生物凝固效果及凝胶块挥发性成分的影响。结果表明,除臭菌液的加入对鲜胶乳生物凝固效果有一定影响,但影响不大;加有除臭菌液的生物凝固胶与原生物凝固胶相比烷烯类化合物含量升高,苯系化合物含量降低,能有效减轻湿胶块发臭程度。 In order to alleviate the extent of microbial coagula smelly,microbial deodorizer and microbial coagulation liquid were mixed together in the fresh latex before coagulation began.Then the impact of microbial deodorizer on fresh latex microbial coagulation effect and volatile components of the microbial coagula were observed.It was found that the addition of microbial deodorizer have some influence on fresh latex microbial coagulation,but little effect.Compared to the original microbial coagula,the microbial coagula adding microbial deodorizer contains more alkyl alkene compound content,less benzene series compound content.It also can effectively reduce the extent of the wet microbial coagula smelly.
