摘要
针对冷法乳聚生产的丁腈橡胶(NBR)存在的质量不稳定问题,研究了单体配比、相对分子质量调节剂用量及加入方式、引发剂用量等因素对NBR性能的影响。丁二烯/丙烯腈的单体配比在适当范围内可以调整NBR结合丙烯腈含量;相对分子质量调节剂的用量主要用于控制产品相对分子质量大小及分布,调整NBR门尼黏度并引起力学性能变化,相对分子质量调节剂分2次加入,在转化率为60%时补加剩余的20%~25%;由过氧化氢异丙苯、乙二胺四乙酸-铁钠盐和葡萄糖组成的引发体系总质量分数控制在0.09%~0.11%。
For not stable quality of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)produced by cold emulsion polymerization,the influence factors such as monomers proportioning,the amount and adding mode of molecular weight regulator,the amount of initiator etc.on the properties of NBR were researched.The monomers proportioning of butadiene/acrylonitrile could adjust the NBR bounded acrylonitrile content in a proper range.The amount of molecular weight regulator was mainly used for controlling the size and distribution of the molecular weight of product to adjust mooney viscosity of NBR,which caused the change of mechanical properties.Molecular weight regulator was added two times.When the conversion rate was 60%,the remaining 20%~25% molecular weight regulator was added.The total amount of initiation system which was composed of cumene hydroperoxide,ferric sodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and glucose was controlled on 0.09%~0.11%.
