摘要
为保障垂直升降式立体车库运行的安全可靠性,对其进行分析与设计。首先分析立体车库的结构和安全功能,将整个车库分为6个子系统。采用可靠性预计方法分析系统现有可靠度。根据整个系统的需求可靠度,选用基于故障率权重分配法,对各子系统进行可靠性分配,从而得出子系统的需求可靠度。通过案例验证该方法的可行性。对立体车库系统进行可靠性研究,重点介绍提高控制系统和传动系统可靠性的方法。从子系统的角度进行安全可靠性分析与设计,有助于设计者细化可靠性需求,并节省设计时间。
In order to guarantee the safety reliability of a vertical lifting stereo garage running,its safety reliability was analyzed and designed. Through the analysis of the structure and safety function of this stereo garage,the whole garage system was divided into six subsystems. The predicting methods of reliability were adopted to analyzethe existing reliability of system,the reliability allocation was carried out based on weight distribution method of failure rate and demand reliability of each subsystem was got thereby,and through a case study the feasibility of this method was verified. The reliability of stereo garage system was discussed,the reliable way of improving controlling system and transmission system was introduced as a key point. The analysis and design of safety reliability from the perspective of subsystem can help designers refine reliability requirements and save design time.
