摘要
海上危化品运输系统(MDCTS)属于复杂系统,组织成分间存在差异,并在系统内部产生负效应,进而影响系统安全。为此,基于协同理论研究各子系统间的协同性,利用和谐理论研究各子系统协同相干过程的和谐性,进而阐述运输系统的和谐演化机制,并绘制系统和谐机制图;构建系统和谐性测度模型,提出和谐四边形法则和系统和谐性判据;结合运输系统特点构建和谐指标隶属函数及和谐矩阵,获得系统特定时空下的和谐度值。研究表明,海上危化品运输系统的和谐性与安全密切相关,可以通过剖析系统和谐演化机制,研究和预测运输系统的安全性。
Differences among components of a complex MDCTS bring about negative effects within the system,which have subsequent influences on the system safety. In view of above-mentioned facts,synergism among individual subsystems and coherent process were studied based on the synergy theory and the theory of harmony respectively. Hence an evolutionary mechanism was elaborated for MDCTS harmony and a harmony mechanism diagram was drawn for the system. Thereby a model was built for the system harmony measuring and a quadrilateral rule and a criterion were obtained for system harmony. Furthermore,a harmony index membership function and a harmony matrix were established in line with the characteristics of MDCTS to obtain the harmony values of the system at dedicated time and space. The study revealed a close relationship between the system harmony and the safety of maritime dangerous chemicals transportation. By analyzing a system's harmony evolution mechanism,the system safety can be studied and predicted effectively.
