储罐底板声发射检测中传感器布置方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 为提高煤化工行业储罐底板声发射(AE)检测过程中声源定位的准确性,对储罐底板进行现场检测试验。在距离储罐底板不同高度分别布置传感器后进行检测,并在试验过程中安装护卫传感器,对比分析各传感器在相同的检测时间内所采集的数据,探究传感器的适宜位置及准确布置方法。结果表明,传感器布置高度对AE检测结果影响显著,护卫传感器能有效屏蔽大量罐内噪声信号,使定位结果更加准确。该试验条件下,得到了传感器所在点和储罐底板中心连线与储罐底板的最优夹角区间;在此区间内布置传感器所检测得到的定位结果与开罐漏磁扫描结果基本一致。 To improve accuracy of sound source localization in the AE detection of coal chemical industry tank bottom corrosion,field experiments related to tank bottom corrosion detection were carried out. For the experiments,sensors were arranged on the wall of a certain in-service tank and different in height,and guard sensors were used. The results show that the height of the sensors has a significant impact on AE test results,guard sensors can effectively shield a large number of extraneous noise signals from inside the tank,making the location prediction results from AE more accurate,that for tank the optimal relation of sensors with tank bottom center was found,and that the corrosion positioning results obtained by using this kind of sensor arranging method conform to the magnetic flux leakage cans scan results.
