摘要
为提高航空公司飞行安全评价的准确性和科学性,将区间层次分析法(IAHP)和灰色理论相结合运用到飞行安全评估中。针对航空运输系统的特点,从"人、机、环、管"4个方面,建立航空公司飞行安全评价指标体系;采用IAHP确定各个指标权重,并且引入灰色理论框架下基于端点的三角白化权函数,建立航空公司飞行安全的灰色区间层次综合评价方法;用所建立的方法评价国内某航空公司飞行安全水平。结果表明,该航空公司的飞行安全处于基本安全状态,其环境因素和管理因素安全水平相对较低,评价结果与实际情况相符。
To improve the accuracy and scientificity of evaluation of airline flight safety performance,a new assessment method combining IAHP and grey theory was worked out. Bearing in mind characteristics of air transport systems,an evaluation index system of airline flight safety performance was established from four respects,including crew,aircraft,environment and management. Weight values of indexes were determined by IAHP,and the end-point triangular whitenization weight function of grey theory was introduced.Based on these,a grey interval hierarchy comprehensive assessment method was worked out for airline flight safety performance. Finally,this method was applied in a certain Chinese airline. The results show that the flight safety performance of the airline is on the basic safety level,that the safety levels of environmental and management factors are relatively lower,and that the both findings conform to the reality.
