运用DOE试验设计优化粘胶长丝生产工艺的探索

摘要 介绍了南京化纤股份有限公司长丝车间为提高粘胶长丝的产品质量,运用DOE试验设计,通过变化影响试验的几种主要因素,稳定其他的干扰因素,减少试验次数,降低试验成本,优化了粘胶长丝生产工艺。通过试验得到最佳优化试验工艺:酸浴温度46℃,酸浴质量浓度260g/L,浸长300mm,凝固辊圈数28圈。 In this paper, the way of DOE systerm design is introduced by Nanjing chemical fiber Limited by Share Ltd in order to improve the quality of viscose filament. We changed the main factors of affecting the experimental results, stabile other interference factors, reduce of the number of experiments, the experimental cost, and then the the production process of viscose filament is optimized.Though the experiment ,the most optimized main factors were obtained: the acid bath temperature was 46, the concentration of acid bath was 260g/L, the length of was 300ram, and the number of the setting roller ring was 28.
