摘要
传感器的适应性调试是自动控制领域常见的技术难题之一,控制系统通过传感器实时采集外部环境的状态值来作出相应的响应处理。而环境参数常常是一个不定的变化量,控制系统需要在一个变化的环境中达到最佳性能,体现设备对环境的适应性。介绍了一种自动控制设备传感器适应性的调试方法,并且在"徐机—教育系列机器人"当中进行了实践应用,得到了充分的论证,取得了良好的效果。
Sensor adaptability debug is one of the common difficult problems in the field of automatic control system. The control system real-time collects the status value of the external environment through the sensors, and then makes corresponding response. But the environment parameters are often variable,the control system needs a changeable environment to reach its best perforrnance to reflect the adaptability. In this paper, a method of sensor adaptability debugging is introduced and it has been put into practical use in xuzhou electromechanical engineering higher vocational school-robots of education series. The experiment results show that the method can achieve good effect.
