摘要
针对传统旋转热管温度测量系统存在信号干扰的问题,以低功耗、高性能的ARM芯片TM4C123GH6PM为硬件核心,结合多路K型热电偶测温节点及无线串口通信模块设计了实时温度遥测系统。基于LabVIEW开发监测界面,实现了对信号的显示、存储与回放等功能。实验结果表明,该系统有效避免了信号干扰,成本低,易于操作且可扩展性强,具有较高的工程应用价值。
Aiming at the signal interference existed in traditional rotating heat system, a real-time temperature monitoring system is designed, which takes low-power, high-performance embedded ARM chip TM4C123GH6PM as the hardware core and includes multiple Kthermocouples and a wireless serial port communication module. Based on the LabVIEW monitoring interface 9 the design achieves the display, storage and playback. The experiment results show that the system avoids the signal interference effectively, the cost is low, and it is easy to operate and can be expanded. It has good prospect in the engineering application.
