区域性高等级公路网货运周转量统计方法

Statistical Method for Freight Turnover of Regional High-Grade Highway Network

区域性高等级公路网货运周转量是国家和交通运输主管部门迫切需要的数据,但在我国现行运输量调查制度与方法下还无法直接得到,亟需进行研究.基于高速公路计重收费系统,利用数据库查询语言SQL,对货运车辆计重信息经过预处理与分析得到车流量构成比例、车货总质量、超限率以及单公里通行费收入额等数据,同时结合货运车辆空车质量调查数据,建立了计重高速公路单公里货运周转量计算模型,并以非计重高速、一级、二级公路货运车辆车流量与计重高速公路的类比关系提出了区域性高等级公路网货运周转量的统计方法;最后以云南省为例验证该算法的可行性.研究成果不仅能反映区域性高等级公路网的货运运输能力和效率,而且为交通规划、交通统计等部门决策提供参考依据.

The freight turnover data of regional expressway network is urgently needed by the national transportation authority department,but it cannot be accessed directly under the current transportation volume survey system and method in China,therefore the corresponding researches are urgently needed. Based on expressway toll by weight system and by using database query language SQL,certain data such as structural proportion of traffic flow,total mass of cargo and vehicles,overload rate,the income of toll per km and so forth can be gathered through the preprocessing and analysis of freight vehicle weight information. Meanwhile,combined with the survey data of unloaded weight of the freight vehicles,the calculation model for per km freight turnover of toll by weight expressway is established in this essay. Moreover,the statistical method for the freight turnover data of regional high-grade highway network is put forward through the analog method which is applied to the comparison between the toll by weight expressway and the traffic flow of other types of highway including non toll by weight expressway,first class and second class highway. At the end of the essay,the feasibility of the above mentioned calculation model is proved by the example of Yunnan province. Finally,the capability and efficiency of the freight transportation of the regional high-grade highway network is verified by taking Yunnan province as an example. This research can be referential for decision making of the relevant departments of transportation plan and statistics.
