基于Petri网的柔性制造系统中工业机器人故障诊断 被引量:2

摘要 工业机器人是柔性制造系统的关键模块,但故障率高且故障十分隐蔽,在很大程度上限制了柔性制造系统的普及应用.采用故障树分析法和Petri网理论相结合的办法,通过建立工业机器人故障的关联矩阵,找出故障传播路径,并采用Matlab软件对故障路径进行模拟,可以快速、准确地找出工业机器人的故障所在,缩短故障排查时间. Industrial robot is an important part of the flexible manufacturing system,but its failure rate is high and concealment,which has deeply limited the popularization and application of flexible manufacturing system.The fault tree analysis method and the Petri nets theory were combined,and the failure propagation path was found by building an incidence matrix of industrial robot failure. Using Matlab software to simulate the failure propagation paths,it can find the malfunction of the industrial robot quickly and accurately,shorten the time required for trouble shooting.
