摘要 传统的挤压工艺往往是根据经验反复试模后加以确定的,因此,存在周期长、成本高的问题.对喷油器护套进行工艺分析,提出了两种不同的方案,通过建立有限元模型,并借助Deform-3D软件平台对两种方案进行数值模拟.分别将等效应力、等效应变、破坏、流动速度等模拟与实验结果比较分析,发现方案1不合理,方案2的结果较优,与实际挤压情况相符合,可以挤压出符合图纸要求的合格产品. The traditional process of extrusion based on experience,which need to test dies repeatedly,is existing long cycle and high-cost problems. The process analysis and optimization of the fuel injector sheath were described,two different schemes were created based on the finite element model numerical simulation of Deform-3D software for two schemes were proposed. The effective-stress,effective-strain,damage,velocity and other data were compared with the actual cold extrusion process. The results show that the scheme one is irrationality,the scheme two is better than the scheme one,which can match the actual production process better and extrust products meeting the draft standard.
