劳模贾宝执从普通农民成长为乡村领袖和国家在乡村的忠实"代理人"与1944-1964年晋西北白家沟村的农业集体化过程紧密相连。其个人生活和实践活动浓缩了一个时代的影像,通过对其生活图景的阐释,有助于展现国家、个体和村庄之间的生成关系,了解党领导下二十世纪四十至六十年代乡村领袖的崛起及其对乡村发展过程的推动,并为当代基层干部推动新农村建设提供启示。

It associated with agricultural collectivization of Bai Jia Gou village in Northwest Jin from 1944 to 1964 that labor model JIA Baozhi emerged from being a common peasant into rural leader devotedly representing for government in the countty. JIA Baozhi＇ s personal life and practice con- stitutes the epitome of that times , interpreting his life images is helpful to reveal the generated relation among the state, individual and village, understand in the 1940 s and 50 s the emergence of village leaders and their promotion to rural development under the leadership of the Party, and give enlightenment on contemporary rural grassroots cadres ＇ advancing the new rural area construction.
