摘要
远程教育中作为合作者的教师,对教师个体参与远程教育的分工协作的要求愈益迫切。虚拟团队的建设实践为现代远程教育实现跨机构、跨部门、跨学科开展教师合作提供了现实依据。组织、制度、机制以及派别主义文化等多种因素,对教师合作文化产生着巨大的制约作用。树立教师合作的共同信念、建立促进教师合作的组织机构和促进教师合作发展的长效评价机制,以及以教育实践活动带动虚拟教师团队的建设等策略,是培育远程教育教师合作文化,促进教师开展深层次、全方位合作的切实手段和措施。
Teachers who devote themsevels to the modem distance education have distincted characteristics which are embodied in instruction- al design, teaching contaction and professional development. The supported characteristic - collaborator lied in teacher' s distance teaching required in- creasingly urgent in that individual participation in distance education division of labor. The experiences of the virtual team provide the reality basis for teacher's collaboration of distance education between institution,departments and sujects. Teachers cooperative culture existing faces constraints from the organization, system, mechanism and balkanization culture factors. The strategies included in establishing a common belief of collaboration, defining the organization to promote teachers" cooperation, establishing long- term mechanism to promote the teacher's collaborative development and constructing vir- tual team are the effective methods and measures in which promoting cooperation between teachers in depth and width.
