内蒙古开放大学建设视角下的社区教育研究

Community Education Research from the Perspective of Constructing Open University in Inner Mongolia

开放大学作为新型大学,其先进的办学理念和方式,较好地满足了社区教育区域性教育和社会一体化教育的要求,在社区教育的摸索与发展过程中,扮演着十分重要的角色,日益发挥着积极的作用。从内蒙古开放大学建设背景出发,以内蒙古地区经济和社会发展的现状为依据,提出了开放大学教育与社区教育协同发展、互相促进的思路,对自治区社区教育的发展模式和运行机制提供了有益的探索。

The Open University as a new kind of university, because of its advanced educational philosophy and approach, met the require- ments of community education to regional education and social integration education better. In the exploration and development of the community educa- tion, the Open University played an important role, and an active role increasingly. From the historical opportunity of the background of Inner Mongolia Open University ＇ s construction, Inner Mongolia region to the status qno of economic and social development as the basis w this article tried to put forward ideas of the Open University Education and Community Education co - development and promoting each other, and made useful exploration in the develop- ment model and operating mechanism of the autonomous community education.
