湖南水稻种植户创办家庭农场意愿及影响因素分析

Analysis on willingness and influencing factors of founding family farm by farmers in Hunan province

鼓励和引导水稻种植户创办家庭农场从事规模经营是促进稻农增收、稳定粮食生产、确保粮食安全的重要途径。以湖南省708个稻农的调研数据为基础,运用二元Logistic回归模型,采用逐步回归法分析了水稻种植户创办家庭农场意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明,水稻种植户创办家庭农场的意愿主要受年龄、收入非农化程度、家庭成员农业技术培训情况、农地细碎化程度、农户对家庭农场的了解程度、对家庭农场扶持政策了解程度、资金借贷难易程度、农田基础设施建设状况八个因素的影响。由此提出了提高水稻种植户创办家庭农场意愿的相关政策建议。

Encouraging and guiding farmers to start a family farm in scale operation is an important way to increase farmer’s income, stabilize grain production and ensure food security. Based on the research data of 708 grain farmers and by using Binary Logistic Regression Model and Stepwise Regression Method, the factors influencing the willingness of rice growers to found family farm were analyzed. The results show that the rice growers willing of establishing a family farm is mainly affected by the following 8 factors： age, degree of non-farm income, agricultural technology training of family members, degree of farmland fragmentation, farmers knowledge of family farm, farmers knowledge offamily farm supporting policies, ease or dififculty of fund borrowing, and situation of farmland infrastructure construction. Thereout, the recommendations for policies of improving farmers’ willingness to found the family farm are put forward.
