摘要
入世在即 ,本文首先分析了目前我国电信企业营销现状及存在的问题。指出入世给国内电信企业营销带来的压力和挑战。然后在营销方面提出五项具体对策。即 :一是加快电信企业经营机制的改革 ;二是创新营销观念 ,健全营销体系 ;三是重视网上营销 ,积极拓展电信业务 ;四是做好大客户的 1:1营销工作 ;五是进行企业资源重组 。
The entry of WTO is approaching. This paper first analyzes the current sales situation and existing problems of China's telecommunication companies, then puts forward five countermeasures in sales as follows: I. Quicken the reform of telecommunication sales system; II. Renew sales ideas and perfect sales system; III. Attach importance to net sales and develop telecommunication service; IV. Pay attention to one-to-one sales of great customers; V. Re-organize resources and develop markets abroad.
