摘要
以检测发动机机油中铁磁性颗粒为目的,对铁磁性颗粒在线监测传感器进行研究。基于磁力检测原理,设计并分析了一种电磁式铁磁性磨粒监测传感器,开发了机油铁磁性颗粒在线监测传感器(Ferrum SCAN)。电磁式铁磁性颗粒监测传感器,采用磁力测量原理设计,成本低,重复性好,抗干扰能力强,分辨率高,满足在线铁磁性颗粒监测,能应用于汽车发动机机油污染较严重的工况。实验表明,铁磁性颗粒的质量与通过传感器的电流存在非线性的对应关系。
In order to monitor ferromagnetic particles in engine oil, the paper studies the transducer for online monitoring ferromagnetic particles. An electromagnetic transducer for monitoring ferromagnetic particles is designed according to mag- netic detection principle, and transducer FerrumSCAN for online monitoring ferromagnetic particles in engine oil is ex- plored. With low cost, good repeatability, strong anti-interference capacity and high resolution, electromagnetic transducer for monitoring ferromagnetic particles is designed according to magnetic measure principle, which can meet the needs of on- line monitoring ferromagnetic particles and be used in engine oil seriously polluted working condition. The experiment shows that the quality of ferromagnetic particles has nonlinear corresponding relation with electric current through the transducer.
