民族地区大学生创业的有利因素——以钦州学院为例

Favorable Factors for College Students' Entrepreneurship in Minority Areas——Take Qinzhou University as an Example

大学生创业无论是对于大学生个人的发展还是对于国家的长远发展都有很重要的意义。人们一般容易将民族地区和"老、少、边、穷"等字眼联系起来,并进一步认为民族地区的大学生在创业方面必定存在一些消极的制约因素。但是和消极因素并存的是积极的有利因素。从整体上来说,由于民族地区的高校、社会和政府三大主体联动,因而当代民族地区大学生创业具有创业宣传、创业环境和创业政策三大方面的有利因素。

College Students＇ entrepreneurship is very important not only for their own development,but also for long- term development of our country. Generally speaking,it is easy to link the minority areas and the revolutionary,frontier and poor areas. It is believed that college students in the minority areas in business must have some negative constraints. However,positive factors are together with negative ones. On the whole,because of the three main linkages among universities,society and government,college students have 3 aspects favorable factors in the contemporary minority regions： entrepreneurial propaganda,entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial policy.
