摘要
高校作为人类灵魂工程师的聚集地,对青年教师党员的党性修养则提出与时俱进的要求。本文基于加强高校青年教师党员党性修养的必要性,提出高校青年党员党性修养标准的要求,进而探索高校青年教师党员党性修养提升的新途径。
The University as the engineer of human soul gathered,young teachers of party members of the party spirit cultivation is to ask for advancing with The Times. Based on the necessity to strengthen the party members＇ party spirit cultivation of young university teachers,standard requirements are put forward,and explore new ways of young teachers in colleges and universities to enhance the party spirit accomplishment.
