摘要
十一届全国人大五次会议通过了新刑事诉讼法第275条关于未成年人犯罪记录封存制度的规定,体现了对未成年人罪犯健康成长的关心和保护。但是新确立的制度在实践中必然会遇到一些困难,面对困境怎样能够更好的深化发展,结合法律规范必须与我国的现状结合才能发挥其应有之义。
The fifth session of the 11 th National People＇s Congress passed a new article 275 of the criminal procedure law on the regulation of minor crime record storage system,for the healthy growth of minors＇ criminal care and protection. But the new establishment of the system will inevitably encounter some difficulties in practice. In the face of difficulties,how to better the development combining with legal norm must be combined with the current situation of our country to develop its meaning.
