所谓的优先购买权就是在法律的保障下,当出卖的人在出卖某种物品,而出现了第三方购买人时,这样的条件下购买的权利却高于第三方购买人的权利。目前就我们国家的法律法规而言,这种房屋租赁的优先购买权还是存在很多的不完善的部分,所以在实际的应用中还存在着诸多的问题。以下就是笔者分析了我们国家这一制度实际的发展情况,通过充分的研究提出一些个人的建议和完善的方法。
