摘要
高等院校的法学教育在我国的法学教育中具有举足轻重的作用。本文从法律教育的目标出发,深入剖析了高校法律教育有效性弱化的原因所在。探究了高校法律教育有效性实现的规律和途径。
Legal education in colleges and universities has played a vital importance among the legal education in China. With the purpose of educating lagal,this paper analysis the reason why the pragmatic effectiveness is increasingly shortened in a deepen way. Therefore,this article has found ways and routines to realize the effectiveness of educating legal in colleges and universities.
