摘要
对经过三维激光成型固化后的光敏树脂进行了准静态压缩和拉伸试验,获得了其力学性能的变化规律以及真实应力-应变曲线等数据。实验结果表明:固化后的光敏树脂存在明显的压缩屈服现象,并测得其压缩屈服强度为40 MPa,拉伸时出现应变软化现象,测得其拉伸强度为51 MPa,断裂伸长率为17%,具有一定韧性,说明光敏树脂具有较好的力学性能。
The quasi- static compressive and tensile experiments of cured photosensitive resin specimens manufactured by stereo lithography apparatus( SLA) have been performed. Variation of the mechanical properties and the true stress- strain curves are obtained. Experimental results show that the cured photosensitive resin has obvious compressive yield phenomenon and tensile strain softening phenomenon. The compressive yield strength is 40 MPa. While the tensile strength is 51 MPa,and the elongation at break is17%,indicating the characteristic of certain ductility. Therefore,the photosensitive resin is proved to have good mechanical performance.
