摘要
本文为生活所需以创意平板折叠桌为研究对象,考虑耗材少、稳定性强、造型美观、加工方便等因素,提出平板折叠桌的最优设计方案。即建立折叠桌外侧桌腿与桌面夹角,开槽长度与桌角边缘点的几何关系模型;其次考虑折叠桌重心位置、支撑面积、折叠桌结构受力平衡和耗材最少等因素,以开槽长度、外侧桌腿与桌面夹角为约束条件,建立了折叠桌最优化模型;最后通过给定桌面大小和桌高尺寸几何参数,计算出最优加工参数。
Taking the creative plate folding table as the research object, this study aims at finding out the optimal design scheme for it on the consideration of elements such as less consumable items, strong stabili- ty, beautiful shape and easy making. Firstly, the angle between the lateral legs and the tabletop is set and the geometry model of slotted length and edge point is built up. Secondly, the elements including the gravity position, the support area, the structure equilibrium condition of forces and less consumable items are taken into consideration and the optimal model is formed with the constraint condition of slotted length and the angle. Finally, the optimal processing parameters are worked out under the given size and height of the table.
