摘要
钻井过程中,钻井液进入地层,一方面可能引发储层中有效孔隙的堵塞以及敏感性伤害,导致储层渗透率降低、储层孔隙结构破坏;另一方面钻井液中的化学物质也将进入地层,造成地下水资源的污染,给生活环境带来严重威胁。现有钻井液体系已很难满足本地区钻井需要,为此,本文针对适用于陇东地区钻井液配方体系的研究,提出了适合本地区钻井中的钻井液新配方;通过对水基钻井液中各化学组分的筛选,优选出聚合物钻井液的新配方。室内实验表明,该钻井液能够达到保护储层和减弱地层污染的双重效果。
During drilling the drilling fluid intruding formation can on the one side block the effective pores and make various sensitivity damages in formation, which will Iead to permeability induction and pore structure damage of the formation. On the other side, the chemicals in the fluid enter the formation as well which pollute ground-water resource and threaten environment surrounding seriously. This study investigates drilling fluid system suitable to Longdong District so as to work out the new prescription for drilling in this region. Through filtering each chemical component in water-based drilling fluid, new poly- mer drilling fluid could be optimized. The laboratory experiments show that the drilling fluid filtered in this study could protect the reservoir as well as reduce the formation damage.
