财务管理本科专业培养财务技能应用型人才研究

A Research on Training the Applied Talents in the Financial Management Underground Program

在对现有国内财务管理本科专业培养财务技能应用型人才相关文献综述的基础上,针对高等院校已开设并定位培养财务技能应用型人才的财务管理本科专业,通过分析该专业当前培养过程中在课程、教材建设、师资、教学方式及"校—校外单位"合作等方面存在的问题,从培养财务技能应用型人才角度出发,提出了与之相应的解决措施。

This study first reviews the domestic literatures of training the applied talents of the financial management undergraduate programs. It then analyzes the problems including course structure, teaching material improvement, teacher training, teaching modes, and the ＂school-school＂ cooperation. Finally it fo- cuses on the training of applied talents majored in financial management and proposes the corresponding solutions to these problems.
