应用型本科院校生源状况与就业能力培养路径分析——以陇东学院为例

Research on Students' Condition and Measures of Developing Students' Employment Competence of Applied Undergraduate Colleges——Take Longdong University as an Example

以陇东学院为例分析应用型本科院校的生源状况、就业现状以及就业诉求等,对人才培养理念及教学过程中存在的不足进行分析,倡导重视通识教育的基础作用,有效提升职业生涯规划教育的效果,增设专业和职业认知教育环节,描绘以能力培养为主线的专业教育等培养思路。

Take the example of Longdong University, this thesis analyses the background oI me stuoents who attend applied undergraduate colleges as well as their studies at the school, their job in turn it atta- ches importance to college general education which is the foundation of education. It also stresses the im- portance of implementing early career planing in classrooms from different dimensions. It proposes that more cognitive courses on majors and relevant occupations should be offered at the college and the focus of the school should be on improving students＂ ability within their professional studies.
