慢性咽炎临床误诊分析

The revivew of clinical misdiagnosis in chronic pharyngitis

慢性咽炎是耳鼻咽喉科常见病之一，由于其临床表现的多样性、常见性，且无特异性诊断指标，而临床一些疾病也有类似症状，故常与慢性咽炎相混淆，易使专科医生误将其他疾病诊为慢性咽炎，所以在临床诊治中不能对咽部不适的患者轻易诊断为慢性咽炎。本文就临床上容易误诊为慢性咽炎的疾病进行综述，并分析误诊原因，提高对易被误诊疾病的认识与警惕。

Chronic Pharyngitis is one of the otolaryngology department common diseases,due to the diversity and common of its clinical manifestations, and there is no specific diagnostic indicators, some clinical diseases have similar symptoms, so they are often confused with chronic pharyngitis, specialized subject doctors easily making mistake in diagnosing the other diseases as chronic pharyngitis, so in the clinical diagnosis and treatment we can＇t easily diagnosed with chronic pharyngitis patients with pharyngeal discomfort. In this paper, the clinical easily misdiagnosed as the disease of chronic pharyngitis were summarized,and analyzing the cause of misdiagnosis and improving the understanding of easily misdiagnosed disease with alert.
