中西医结合疗法对头颈部肿瘤的治疗效果分析

To Analysis the way of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of head and neck tumors

目的分析中西医结合方式对头颈部肿瘤的治疗效果。方法选取90例头颈部肿瘤患者按随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各45例。对照组采用化疗进行治疗，研究组在化疗的同时给予中药进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、生活质量干预效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前、后机体免疫状况。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为46．66％，与对照组的40％无明显差别（P〉0．05）；研究组生活质量干预有效率为93．33％，高于对照组的77．78％（P〈0．05）；研究组各不良反应发生率均低于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组治疗前CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4／cD8均无明显差别（P〉0．05）；研究组治疗后CD8低于对照组（P〈0.05）；研究组治疗后CD3、CD4及CD4／CD8均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论采用中西医结合方式对头颈部肿瘤患者进行治疗可有效减轻不良反应和提高机体免疫力，并改善患者的生活质量，值得推广。

Objective The analysis of combination mode of head neck tumor treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine. Methods We selected 90 cases of head and neck cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group used chemotherapy treatment,study group at the time of chemotherapy given medicine treatment. Situation and treatment therapeutic effect occurred, comparing the two groups, the intervention effect of quality of life before the adverse reaction, immune status. Results Study group the total effective rate of treatment was 46.66% ,with no significant difference in 40% in the control group（P〉0.05） ;quality of life research group intervention has the efficiency of 93.33%, higher than 77. 78% in the control group（P〈0.05）;the study group the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than the control group（P〈0.05） ;the two groups before treatment,CD4,CD3 CD8 and CD4/CD8 showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）;the study group after treatment CD8 lower than the control group（P〈0.05） ;the study group after treatment CD3 ,CD4 and CD4/ CD8 were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with head and neck tumors with way treatment can effectively reduce the adverse reaction and improve the immunity of the body by the Chinese and Western medicine, and improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of promotion.
