P2Y嘌呤受体与镇痛研究 被引量:1

摘要 慢性疼痛严重影响患者的生活质量,因此对其进行有效的治疗至关重要。而对疼痛进行有效治疗的关键是要找到有效的疼痛治疗靶点。许多研究表明,外周和中枢神经系统的神经元和胶质细胞中表达P2嘌呤核苷酸受体,并参与痛觉信号传递,提示他们在疼痛防治中可能具有重要的作用。嘌呤受体分为离子通道型P2X受体和G蛋白偶联型P2Y受体,P2Y受体具有8种不同的亚型,分别为P2Y1,2,4,6,11,12,13,14。有关P2X受体与疼痛的研究报道较多,P2Y受体(特别是神经胶质细胞的P2Y受体)与疼痛的研究是近年的热点。这些神经胶质细胞P2Y受体亚型激活后通过影响不同的细胞信号转导通路产生特定的生理功能和病理生理变化。神经系统中不同的P2Y受体亚型在疼痛传递过程中具有重要作用,本文将综述P2Y受体在痛觉防治的靶点作用及信号转导通路中的调节作用。
