摘要
目前台湾地区灵芝生产及营销大概有6种模式:(1)企业规模型态且产品直销类公司。一条龙生产灵芝子实体且产品为直销方式,如双鹤集团等。(2)生技公司。以生产菌丝体为主且产品直销经营,如葡萄王生技公司及金颖生技公司等。(3)观光工厂。以微生物发酵产品直销经营,如丽丰微酵馆及菌宝贝博物馆,以牛樟芝为主。(4)灵芝生产农场。生产子实体且产品直销经营,如林养菌园、彦廷农场及瑞丰农场等。(5)生产农场兼休闲农场。生产兼开放消费者休闲观光,如丰年农场、蕈优农场及欣隆农场等。(6)销售型休闲农场。开放消费者休闲观光,如阿亮农场、菇神餐厅。灵芝产品以胶囊产品营销占90%以上,灵芝茶饮占3%~5%,其他包括灵芝茸酒和生技产品。
6 types of production and marketing on Ganoderma lucidum were observed in Taiwan, which were as follows: (1) Company with mass production and direct marketing channel: To produce and sale fi'uiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum, such as Hswai-Ho Reshi Group. (2) Biotechnology company: To produce mycelium products and had direct marketing channel, such as Putauwang Biotech. Company and Jinying Biotech. company. (3) Sightseeing factory: To produce Microbial fermentation products and had direct marketing channel, such as Li-Fong fermentation company and Mycobia museum ,their major products of fungus was Antrodia products. (4) The mushroom production farm: Production of fruiting bodies and had many marketing channel (included of the direct marketing). Such as Lin mushroom farm, Yen-Ting mushroom farm and Ruei-Fong mushroom farm. (5) Production and Recreation Farm: Production and open to the consumer for leisure, such as Fong-Nei mushroom farm, Gi-Yu mushroom farm and Xin-long mushroom farm. (6) Marketing and Leisure Farm, open to consumer for recreation, such as A-liang mushroom farms and Gu-Sheng mushroom restaurant. Marketing on Ganoderma luciducm capsules were more than 90% of products , Ganoderma lucidum tea accounted for 3% to 5%, including Ganoderma wine and other Ganoderma biotech products.
