北京地区几个秋冬季栽培平菇品种的性状比较 被引量:3

摘要 采用发酵料加短时间高温灭菌处理技术,栽培、观测北京地区9个平菇品种的发菌情况、出菇情况、子实体形态及产量。结果表明,灰美2发菌快,子实体颜色好,产量较高,适宜晚秋栽培;8105出菇快,产量高,适宜秋季栽培;平菇009,发菌较慢,产量较低,但韧性好,菌盖厚,适宜早秋栽培。抗3单菇最重,650菌盖直径最大。 The purpose of this study is to screen the suitable strains of Pleurotus ostreatus for cultivating in Beijing area. Substrates for tests were fermented and short-term high-temperature sterilization. Comprehensive characteristics of 9 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus, include spawn run, the mushroom initiation, fruiting body morphology and yield were compared. The results showed that HulMei2 had the best fruiting body color and the yield is higher, suitable for cultivation in late autumn; Strain 8105 had the highest yield and fastest rate of fruiting, suitable for cultivation in autumn; Strain 009 mycelium germination is slower, and the yield is low, however it had good toughness and the thickest cap, and suitable for cultivation in early autumn; Strain Kang-3 had the heaviest single mushroom weight; Strain 650 had the biggest cap diameter.
