Application of outcome measures in comparative effectiveness research

比较效果研究(CER)作为在真实复杂医疗环境中进行临床决策的重要研究方法,其结局指标的选择有着灵活、贴近现实、以患者为中心等特点。首先简要介绍比较效果研究的概念特点,分析研究中各要素,并着重解释结局指标的特点,最后应用实例呈现生存质量、健康状况、患者报告结局、卫生经济学指标、长期随访结局、定性研究结局等比较效果研究中常用指标的适用情况及意义。

Comparative effectiveness research （CER） is an important method for decision making in real clinical environment, and the outcome measures of CER are more flexible, closer to reality and patient- centered. Firstly, CER is introduce, with the structure of the study analyzed, and the characteristics of outcome measures in CER is introduced in details, then the frequently used outcome measurements, such as quality of life, health status, patient-reported outcome, health-economic outcome, long-term follow-up outcome and qualitative outcome, are listed and discussed with application examples.
