胰岛素强化治疗在2型糖尿病治疗中的应用

Clinical application with intensive insulin therapy in type 2 diabetes

摘要 在胰岛素起始治疗的基础上,经过充分的剂量调整,如果患者的血糖水平仍未达标或出现反复的低血糖,需进一步优化治疗方案,可以采用胰岛素强化治疗。那么,胰岛素强化治疗的理论依据是什么?强化治疗方案如何实施,其安全性又如何?本文将就以上三方面进行阐述,以期给临床医生实施胰岛素强化治疗时提供帮助。
