摘要
针对酒厂机械化生产中对稻壳清理、输送和储存的需要,提出了采用钢板仓储存稻壳的方法。研究设计的多锥斗多出口放料的仓底结构形式,辅以适当的人工破拱等手段,较好地解决了钢板仓实际使用过程中的结拱问题。对仓底锥斗的结构形式进行了探讨,将周边锥斗外侧侧面设计成下直上曲的结构形式,不仅可完全避免填坡,还可增加仓容。
For the need of mechanaized production about rice husk cleaning,transportation and storage in liquor factory,it was proposed and implemented that using steel silos to store rice husk and silo bottom sturcuture form of multi cone hoppers and multi outlets to exprot materials.Supplemented by appropriate means such as artificial arch breaking,the problem of steel silos arch was solved perfectly.And silos cone hopper structure was discussed and designed,cone hopper lateral sides were designed into the structure that was straight at upper half and bend at lower half,which not only can completely avoid the fill slope,but also increase the storage capacity.
