摘要 建筑反射隔热涂料由于具有较高的太阳光反射比、近红外反射比和半球发射率,建筑物外墙和屋面涂装建筑反射隔热涂料后可以有效反射、阻隔夏季的太阳热辐射,减少建筑物表面对太阳幅射能量的吸收,降低围护结构表面的温度,实现围护结构的节能,因而近年来建筑反射隔热涂料在夏热冬冷和夏热冬暖地区得到了较快的发展。介绍了建筑反射隔热涂料的特点、隔热机理和研制的关键技术,并介绍了将于2016年2月1日起实施的JGJ/T 359—2015《建筑反射隔热涂料应用技术规程》规定的建筑反射隔热涂料应用技术要点。 Building reflective insulation coatings has high solar reflectance,near-infrared reflectance and hemispherical emissivity, building facades and roof with reflective insulation coatings can effectively reflect and block solar heat radiation in summer and reduce the absorption of solar radiation by the building surface,lower the temperature of the building envelope surface, so as to achieve the energy-saving of building envelope. So the building reflective insulation coatings has been developed relatively rapidly in recent years in hot summer and cold winter area and hot summer and warm winter area. This paper describes the characteristics and insulation mechanism of the building reflective insulation coatings and the key technologies developed,and introduces its key application points specified in JGJ/T 359--2015 "Building reflective insulation coating application technical regulations" to be implemented from February 1,2016.
