摘要
在设计开发阶段利用热工性能软件对塑料门窗进行保温性能分析验证,以提高设计效率。从热损失的产生入手,分析影响传热系数的因素,提出增加型材厚度及腔室、增加框扇密封层数、免钢衬结构、兼顾实用性及保温性的铝塑铝结构等4个方面进行改进设计,并结合保温性能计算结果,分析所设计截面及窗型的优劣。
Analyze and test the insulation performance of plastic doors and windows by the thermal properties software in the design and development stage,in Order to improve the design efficiency. Starts from the analysis of the influence factors of heat loss, heat transfer coefficient,proposes to improve the design by increasing the thickness and cavity of profile, increasing the sealing layers of plastic windows and doors, adopting structure without steel lining and aluminum-plastiC-aluminum structure featured with practicality and thermal insulation. Combined with the calculation results of insulation performance,analyze the pros and cons of the design.
