摘要
在秦皇岛AH-90#基质沥青中加入不同掺量、不同型号的SBS,依照相同的加工工艺制备SBS改性沥青,分别探讨了SBS对改性沥青的耐热性、低温柔性、卷材与卷材剥离强度的影响.结果表明,改性沥青的耐热性随SBS加入量的增加而提高,对耐热性的提升效果依次为4402>LG501S>LG412S;改性沥青的低温柔性和卷材与卷材的剥离强度均随SBS掺量的增加而提高,SBS对改性沥青的低温柔性和卷材与卷材的剥离强度提升效果依次为LG501 S>4402>LG412S.
This paper describes the Qinhuangdao AH-90* asphalt incorporation of different doses,different types of SBS in accordance with the same processing technology of preparing SBS modified asphalt,respectively discusses the influence of SBS on the heat resistance,low temperature flexibility, and the effect of membrane and membrane peeling strength. The results show that the heat resistance of modified asphalt improves with the increase of SBS content,the promotion effect order on heat resistance is 4402〉LG501S〉LG412S,low temperature flexibility and membrane and membrane peeling strength of modified asphalt improve with increase of SBS content,the promotion effect order on low temperature flexibility and membrane and membrane peeling strength is LG501S〉4402〉LG412S.
