摘要 通过分析某仓库在仓储中所存在的问题,运用动线分析法重新规划仓库布局并提出相应的优化方案及策略模型。以拣货距离最短为优化目标,根据超市内不同货物捡取频率的不同对货物的摆放位置做了重新排列,达到提高仓储拣货速度、节约时间、降低人员物流成本提高企业整体核心竞争力的目标。 Through the analysis of some problems existing in the warehousing,this paper suggests a dynamic analysis method to plan warehouse layout and puts forward the corresponding optimization plan and strategy model. Taking the shortest picking distance as the optimization goal,based on the different frequency of the picking of different cargos in a supermarket,the locations of cargos are rearranged in order to improve warehouse picking speed,save time and lowering logistics costs therefore the overall goal of enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises can be achieved.
